The third 2008 programme will start on Friday 1 August 2008. Training runs from 5-6pm. The first night is our free Open Day, so come along and have a taste - if you enjoy it then we will sign you up for our six week program.
Our program objective is to teach all participants at least 3 dives during the six weeks.
The program runs at Waterworld in Hamilton and the fee is $40 per person for the term, inclusive of GST and entry to Waterworld.

Congratulations to our latest graduates into the Waikato Diving Club. Three young divers have met the standard after achieving exceptional scores at the Shark Attack end of program competition. The three talented divers are:

This event is dedicated to Mr Merv Campbell as a way of recognising and celebrating his contribution to diving in New Zealand. The event is specifically targeted towards age group divers, however, open events are also held and Novice divers are invited to provide them with the experience of competing in a truely international environment. All divers attending the event, whether they are from New Zealand or overseas, are entitled to earn medals for 1-3rd placings.
The registration form is now available under the Calendar tab. Download the form, save it to your computer, complete the form and email to Tracey Forkert at forkert@clear.net.nz.

Two Waikato Divers, Cassie Storey and Kayla Forkert have been selected for the Diving New Zealand Development Squad. Both divers began their diving career through the Shark Attack beginner program and have achieved national and regional titles. Congratulations on this marvelous achievement!
